Tim Hort, President and Chief Consultant
Tim Hort, SPHR, is a Labor Relations and Human Resources Executive with transportation and supply chain companies with over 30 years of broad-based experience in developing and maintaining constructive working operations with employees, managers, and union leaders.
Mr. Hort holds a Master’s Degree in Industrial and Labor Relations, a Senior Professional of Human Resources Certification, a 2018 Mediation Certificate (Northwestern University Professional Studies); DDI Training Certification, and he is a former Advisory Board Member for the Labor and Employee Relations Association (LERA), WI Chapter; Mr. Hort has experience as in-classroom, adjunct faculty for the Graduate School of Economics (Masters of Human Resources and Labor Relations) at University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee.
